I've got a very swollen, bleeding lip, assorted seatbelt bruises and a very sore back. Not too bad, considering.
Tess looking quite cheerful due to arsefull of painkillers. At least the broken door-catch on her side has been dealt with.
And this is the daft bastard who should have stopped. Apparently he didn't come to too much hard either.
The hole in my lip. Not sure what those white stringy bits are.
The Hotel we were deposited in was remarkably nice (pretty,4*, pool, right in the middle of town, GBP22/night).
The church next to our hotel. The main square here in Bahia de Huatulco is very nice.
The junction we crashed at. We were heading approx along the white arrow (this is the main road past town). The Taxi came from the right and we intersected behind the lamppost.
We finally made it do the beach here.
Looks like a nice hotel. This would be a nice place to do nothing for a week.
La Pila (1562) in Chiapa de Corzo main square.
Sunset down by the river, where the Launches for El Sumidero leave. Moments later it absolutely pissed it down.
Nice tea spot
Kids were collecting these huge ants for eating.

Agua Azul, looking rather brown

A nice swimming spot, although not as 'clara' as it should be due to the rains. Little fish nipped Tess but ignored me.

View from the bridge
